Sometimes living in harmony with others and creating happiness for family, friends, and ourself can be challenging! To experience the peace and happiness we all desire, we need to learn how to create peace of mind, improve our good heart, and be skillful with others. By gaining experience of meditation and applying of Buddhist principles for opening our heart and transforming adversity in daily life, we can solve many of our problems and experience the joy and happiness we desire.
