Join us for a modern Buddhist teaching on how to accept yourself and others with love and compassion. When we are unable to accept our mistakes or shortcomings or feel as if we can’t live up to our own or others’ expectations, we may become depressed and excessively self critical. This makes it impossible to be happy or make others happy.
Buddha taught the art of profound self acceptance with many positive methods for conquering our bad mental habits.
In this half day retreat, learn techniques to develop a positive self image, a humble confidence, and a true cherishing of others, regardless of life’s challenges and others opinions. In this way we can create true happiness for our self and others.
What Will You Learn?
Ways of thinking and meditations that will help you accept and learn from life’s challenges to build a positive self view and love for others.
Is This For Me?
