In this 1/2 day retreat, we will guide a special meditation, known as Mahamudra, to help us discover the clear nature of our mind and gain insight into the relationship between the body and mind. Mahamudra is a deeply relaxing, spacious, and transformative meditation. By practicing this meditation, your mind will become progressively more subtle and peaceful, causing you to experience a profound inner stillness and tranquility.
Renee Ennis has been teaching and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over 10 years. She brings deep experience to her teachings that express how to use Buddha’s teachings in everyday life. Renee is an active participant and student in the Teacher Training Program.
