Learning from Loss workshop

Join us for a half-day teaching on how to learn from loss and overcome the internal struggles it can cause. Find peace, perspective, and freedom from pain.

Throughout our lives we all must come to terms with loss. Dealing with unexpected change and losing the people and things we treasure are painful. Buddha’s teachings show us how to accept, heal, and transform our experiences of loss into deep meaning and spiritual growth.

During this half-day course, Gen Menla will explain how to understand the struggle that comes with loss and how to transform this pain into peace.

What Will You Learn?

Ways of thinking and meditations that you may have not considered before, but will offer you answers, solutions, and real freedom.

Is This For Me?

Whether you want to help yourself or others, everyone is welcome.
