Life can be so busy and our mind just gets busier and busier. With the influence of technology it’s so easy to become distracted in every situation. (Maybe you got distracted already!?!) As a result we can easily feel scattered and exhausted at the end of the day. How can we change this and reclaim a balanced and peaceful mind?
Mindfulness is at the heart of Buddhist practice and has become very popular with many different presentations appearing, but what exactly is it? By understanding and practicing mindfulness we can reclaim our peaceful positive mind, gain the ability to live in accordance with the insights and resolutions developed in meditation, and eventually be able to remain positive and flexible in the midst of our busy modern world.
This series will offer simple and practical instruction for understanding and developing mindfulness, and integrating it into everyday life.
Everyone is welcome!
